You can find your FTP details within your Web Hosting Welcome Email. However a quick overview of the generic FTP settings are listed below:
To connect to your FTP server you should the server as ftp.yourdomain.com.sg
Lets say your domain name is www.hostgeek.com.sg. Your FTP server would be ftp.hostgeek.com.sg
You can add FTP accounts using your control panel so if you have added a custom FTP account you can use those login details.
To login you need a username and password, the main FTP account will be the same as your control panel account details.
Eg: Username: user1
Password: password1
You can login to your control panel and FTP using those details.
